About the Role

Fusion Growth Partners is seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to join our Stuart, FL headquarters and work directly alongside our executive leadership team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is capable of executing at a high level across multiple business functions.

This position will report directly to the executive team and work daily with the Executive Team, playing a critical role in driving operational efficiency, executing key initiatives, and ensuring alignment across departments.

The Operations Manager will serve as a central execution leader, responsible for managing projects, improving processes, and ensuring that key initiatives are completed with speed, accuracy, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Executive Team on daily operational priorities
• Own projects end-to-end, ensuring execution from initial planning through completion
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure deadlines are met consistently
• Manage and execute cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Track and ensure completion of high-priority initiatives across departments
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Build and maintain operational systems, SOPs, and workflows
• Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment and communication
• Monitor key metrics, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure execution at a high level
• Support executive-level decision-making through data, reporting, and analysis

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role
• Proven ability to own projects from inception to completion while consistently meeting deadlines
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and precision
• High level of accountability, ownership, and professionalism
• Experience working directly with senior leadership is highly
