Operations Manager – Solar (North West)\n\nSalary: £50,000–£60,000 per annum + Company Van + Additional Benefits\n\nStart Date: January 2026\n\nA leading solar energy company in the North West is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal role.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n•Fully qualified Electrician with extensive electrical and solar experience\n•18th Edition qualification\n•Gold Card\n•Recognised solar qualification\n•Full UK driving licence\n•Strong operational understanding and the ability to work both on-site and strategically\n•Available to start January 2026\n\nRole Overview:\n\nReporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across all installations.
