Operations Manager\nSalary up to £70,000P/A + Package\nMaidenhead\nFull Time, permanent position.\n\nAre you an experienced Operations Manager within the Pump Services industry?\n\nDo you have experience running your own branch?\n\nAttega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting an Operations Manager to join the team.\n\nThe main purpose of this role is to manage the safe efficient planning, delivery and commercial performance of all jobs through engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. \n\nManage the safe, environmental and quality of engineer and warehouse operations meet or exceed the company standards.\n\nPerformance management of direct reports and engineers. Ensure the timely procurement and equipment supply meets agreed customer delivery dates and contribute to the Management Team and efficient management of AP and the Group\n\nIn return, our client is offering a salary of £70,000P/A depending on experience + bonus.\n\nReporting to the Operations Director, the responsibilities of the successful Operations Manager will include:\n\nLeadership of the Operations function \n\nKeep a close oversight of all Operational KPIs including (but not exhaustive): Engineer Productivity; Job GM actual vs planned; WIP review; Reactive SLAs; Operational HS&E targets; People targets: and Customer Service (portals etc.)\nEnsure all jobs are planned, scheduled and reactively rescheduled and ensure all documentation, required equipment and materials are available\nDrive GM and commercial performance to meet or exceed targets\nEmbed operational best practice and develop clear processes to manage Operations and ensure its transference across the team and Group\nClose liaison with the PPM and Reactive/Remedial scheduling\nClose liaison with ME PPM scheduling team on Metcor PPM jobs that require pump maintenance\nReview and encourage Health and Safety (HS&E) performance excellence, use of and the continuous improvement of RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) and all engineers and equipment are certified and compliant\nReview Operations and collaborate with key stakeholders, Sales, Estimating and Procurement to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity\nThe ideal Operations Manager:\n\nGreater than 5 years’ experience managing remote engineering maintenance and installation teams\n\nExperience of either FM, drainage, wastewater, mechanical industry, particularly in relation to pumps and associated plant and equipment\nPositive people management skills and especially at an engineer’s level\nExperience of driving commercial results and process improvement using systems to deliver Operational Excellence\nExperienced in managing effective planning and scheduling processes within a PPM, Reactive and Projects environment\nTechnical knowledge of the pump industry to support Engineer technical queries\nClick apply today to be considered for our Operations Manager role
