We are a growing, family-owned financial services company looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and client service support. This role is central to our business and ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment, values long-term client relationships, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage payroll
  • Assist with opening and maintaining investment accounts for new and existing clients
  • Handle client billing and invoicing
  • Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and client communications
  • Work closely with our in-house CPA to support tax filings and client documentation
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system and client portfolio management platforms
  • Oversee client relationship services, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Support overall operational efficiency and internal workflows


Qualifications

  • Prior operations experience required, preferably in financial services, wealth management, accounting, or a related professional services field
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, client accounts, and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, portfolio management systems, and financial software
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly; time management is critical
  • Professional communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with advisors and CPA staff
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality around client data
