Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Service Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximize efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an operations manager. Compensation will depend on experience and skill set
Responsibilities
- Oversee all operational aspects of the in-home service portion of the business
- Manage customer service reps and service technicians/installers
- Allocate schedules to each service tech
- Get paperwork prepared for estimates then review estimates prior to being sent out
- Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
- Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
- Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Set and monitor key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business or employment experiences a related field
- Previous experience as an operations/service manager is
- Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
