Operations Manager – Custom Sign Product Line
Location: Tulsa, OK
Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and strategic growth of our Custom Sign Product Line. This role is critical to the success and scalability of our business, driving production efficiency, quality standards, and profitability across our manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge in sign manufacturing, strong financial and operational acumen, and proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end operations for the custom sign product line, including production, scheduling, materials, and quality control
- Lead and develop a team of manufacturing, production, and support staff to meet company goals
- Drive operational excellence by implementing process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met on time and within budget
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Utilize data and KPIs to inform operational decisions and track performance metrics
- Champion a positive and accountable team culture focused on continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sign manufacturing or custom signage production
- Proven leadership experience managing operations or production teams
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and manufacturing cost structures
- Ability to interpret and act on performance data, budgets, and P&L statements
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
