Were looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can oversee jobs from start to finish manage crews, schedule work, control costs, ensure safety and quality, and keep clients informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects according to scope, schedule, and budget
• Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment
• Maintain quality assurance, enforce safety protocols, and resolve onsite issues
• Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Experience managing asphalt, paving or related sitework projects (ideally 3+ years)
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Valid drivers license (travel between job sites)
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and deliver results
