You'll be leading the team, solving problems, helping guests, keeping operations running smoothly, and occasionally jumping into the action yourself.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a proactive team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Ensure the park operates safely and efficiently every day
• Hire, schedule, and mentor team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and daily operations
• Become proficient in our POS
• Lead by example and create a positive workplace culture

• Loves leading people and building strong teams
• Stays calm under pressure and enjoys solving problems
• Takes ownership and doesn't wait to be asked
• Communicates with confidence and respect
• Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Enjoys working Tuesday - Saturday helping families create memories
• Has management or leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, recreation, or a similar industry

Requirements

• Some flexibility in schedule is expected
• CPR/First Aid certification (or we’ll get you certified)
