Transit Operations Manager
Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Transportation Concepts is seeking an experienced Transit Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our public transportation services. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transit operations while leading a team of dispatchers, road supervisors, and bus operators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily transit operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and service performance
• Supervise operations staff and support bus operators in the field
• Monitor on-time performance and service reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and contract requirements
• Respond to operational issues and customer concerns as needed
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure vehicle availability
• Must have Real-Time Bus Tracking and System Management Experience.
• CAD/AVL experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of transit or transportation operations experience
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of transit operations, safety practices, and DOT regulations
