Location: Portland, OR Area

Join a materials supplier as an Operations Manager overseeing ready-mix plant performance, safety, and production. You'll lead teams across multiple sites and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant performance, KPIs, and production metrics
• Lead team hiring, safety, and operational training
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in plant or operations management (ready-mix )
• Knowledge of production KPIs and concrete mix processes
• Leadership and safety training experience
