As our Operations Manager, you wont just keep things running youll shape how our entire plant operates. This role goes beyond supervising: youll lead managers and supervisors, align multiple departments, and drive strategic improvements that impact both employees and customers. Youll be a key player in uniting people and processes across the business, ensuring we deliver safe, efficient, and top-quality service to every customer, every time.
What Youll Do
- Develop and lead operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Set and track key performance metrics; analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Champion a safe, compliant, and people-first work environment.
- Clearly communicate business goals and initiatives to managers and employees, ensuring alignment and engagement.
- Drive collaboration across departments to provide seamless, customer-focused service.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Logistics to optimize workforce planning, budgets, and resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors to build a high-performing leadership team.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and accountability.
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational planning to meet business and customer needs.
- Keep customer satisfaction at the center of operational decisions and improvements.
- Represent Servall with professionalism to employees, customers, and community partners.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of leadership experience in operations or production management (multi-department leadership strongly ).
- Proven success in leading managers/supervisors and driving measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of operational strategy, process improvement, and workforce management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen to balance customer needs, team goals, and financial outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Collaborative, customer-first mindset with the ability to unite teams around shared goals.
Work Environment
- Schedule: MondayFriday, with flexibility for occasional weekends or on-call needs for operational issues.
