Full time operations manager for a paint-your-own-pottery studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to day studio operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for customers and staff.

Manage and schedule studio staff, including training and daily task delegation.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels for pottery items, paints, and other studio supplies. Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales.

Ensure the studio meets safety and cleanliness standards at all times.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Coordinate events, workshops, and private parties including setup and logistics.

Assist with marketing efforts including social media updates, promotions, and community outreach.
