We are seeking an Ops Mgr for a Global client that will have responsibility for leading 1 US manufacturing facility.

Job Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Demonstrates strong focus delivering product and reducing bottlenecks on the shop floor

\n

• Lead site of ~200 employees, 3 shifts 5 days/week, 10 direct reports

\n

• Identify and monitor performance indicators, measuring actual vs. planned

\n

• Lead lean manufacturing implementation, execution and continual improvement

\n

• Meet or exceed customer delivery requirements while continuing to reduce lead-time and inventory

\n

• Heavy focus on employee engagement, with a "Go to Gemba" mindset

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

\n
• Currently in Phoenix or willing to relocate

\n

• Bachelor’s degree

\n

• At least 5-8+yrs of leadership experience in medium volume, high mix manufacturing

\n

• Extensive knowledge of operations with demonstrated results

\n

• US Citizenship or green card holder

\n

\n
