Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ, for an Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing daily logistics and operations, managing and coordinating team schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards, and optimizing efficiency in service delivery. The Operations Manager will also lead and mentor team members, address customer needs, monitor resource allocation, and implement process improvements to achieve organizational goals.

What You’ll Oversee:

• 15–20 truck fleet operations

• 40,000 sq ft warehouse (receiving, organization, inventory flow)

• Daily dispatch and route coordination

• Hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

• 40–50 employees across Phoenix & Mesa locations

• Customer service, including handling claims and resolutions

• Warehouse receiving and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or moving operations

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and supervising staff.
  • Proficiency in logistics management, operational planning, and resource coordination.
  • Excellent communication abilities for addressing customer concerns and collaborating with team members.
  • Analytical and organizational skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure efficiency.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations is an advantage.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is .
