Operation Manager\nLocation: Cambridgeshire / Eastern Region\nSector: Property Services | Building | Construction | Renewables\nWe are working with a well-established property and building services contractor delivering works for local authorities, housing associations and private clients across the Eastern region.\nThe business is seeking an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery across a varied portfolio including planned works, void refurbishments, kitchens & bathrooms, disabled adaptations, general building, civil works and renewable technologies.\nRole Focus\nOversee operational delivery across multiple contracts\nLead and support project and site management teams\nDrive programme, quality, H&S and cost control\nImprove consistency and operational performance\nAbout You\nStrong background in property services / building / construction operations\nExperience delivering public-sector or planned works programmes\nCommercially aware, organised and people-focused\nAmbitious and ready to take on broader operational responsibility\nWhy Consider This\nBroad remit with real autonomy\nClose exposure to senior leadership\nClear progression as the business continues to grow\nCompany pension and bonus scheme\nCompany Car + Company mileage\nSalary range from £70.000 to £80.000 (depending on experience)
