Operations Manager - (Partial Discharge Condition Monitoring)

This role sits within the Condition Monitoring division, specialising in partial discharge diagnostics for critical rotating electrical machinery.

Key Responsibilities



* Oversee project delivery, manufacturing, and operational excellence



* Lead customer relationships and post-installation support



* Drive business growth through strategic tendering and client development



* Full ownership of profit centre performance including budgeting and P&L



* Ensure regulatory compliance and champion continuous improvement



* Lead HR activities and foster a high-performance culture



Ideal Candidate Profile



* Degree-qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics



* Strong leadership in technical or manufacturing settings



* Solid grasp of commercial strategy, financial management, and contracts



* Experience with condition monitoring or partial discharge systems desirable



* Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills



* Knowledge of lean principles and industry regulations
