Job Summary
Max's Services is a level 3 and 4 appliance installation company, in strong growth in the states of Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and with projection to the entire southern United States. The growth of this operation requires capable individuals who are hungry for growth in their professional careers. The Operations Manager is a position to lead the logistics and assignment of tasks to all installation teams in all phases of the projects and to meet the requirements of the Management, assuming a leadership role and responsibility to achieve the projects in the established time and budget.
Responsibilities and duties
Assign the routes, tasks, and responsibilities of installation teams in Max's Services
Receive work requirements and optimize routes, installers and times, achieving the correct equipment for the specific task and in the shortest possible time
Recruit, train, and supervise installation teams
Provide leadership to the entire Installation team to achieve the completion of projects on time and with the required quality
Maintains constant communication between the Builder, Supplier and/or Customer, ensuring coordination between all parties
Implement and ensure quality control standards in all company processes
Carry out audits and constant visits to ensure high levels of quality in processes and service
Optimize the use of resources, equipment, and employees to achieve the established goals in the most efficient way possible
Develop and execute budgets for regional operations
Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for spending efficiency without compromising service quality
Establish relationships with customers and suppliers to negotiate terms and agreements beneficial to the company
Ensure compliance with safety standards under industry regulations and standards
Implement and monitor safety protocols to minimize workplace accidents
Prepare regular reports with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for General Management, while identifying trends and opportunities for improvement based on data
Stay informed about trends and advancements in the industry to constantly implement these improvements in the company
Develop training programs for the team to increase their technical level
Facilitate communication between departments and teams within their region, as well as between them and General Management
Address operational challenges in a timely manner and implement effective and preventive solutions
Identify opportunities for improvements to existing processes and implement best practices
Identify and address risks in the operation and develop strategies to mitigate them
Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Handle customer interactions with professionalism and attending to requirements effectively
Comply with all company protocols: Security, Installation, Operations, Customer Interaction and Situation Management
Supervise and ensure compliance with the Protocols by your team
Assist in all requirements of the Managers in the projects

Previous managerial experience in Construction projects or similar
