Operations Manager in Naples

If you have proven solid upper management skills in operations that is either in or related to the construction industry consider this position with a solid established company.

You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

​Qualifications:

4 year degree is to show initial competence and stability of work experience that has been gained.

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Proficient in the English ; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
