Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the company and oversee office management. In this role, you will own the systems, processes, vendors, and resources that keep the business running smoothlyensuring teams are supported, deadlines are met, and operations scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and resourcefulsomeone who can balance multiple priorities, communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, and continuously improve workflows that drive a well-run, high-performing organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage company operations across teams and functions, ensuring day-to-day execution is efficient, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee office management and workplace operations, including supplies, maintenance, service providers, and vendor relationships to maintain a professional, well-functioning environment.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes (SOPs, playbooks, tools, routines) to improve efficiency, accountability, and clarity across the company.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to maintain service quality, hit deadlines, and ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Manage planning and execution of operational initiatives, including timelines, budgets, resource coordination, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Track priorities, action items, and deliverables, ensuring accountability and closing loops quickly.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and breakdowns in execution; implement mitigation plans and escalate when needed to keep work on track.
- Serve as a central communication hub for leadership, staff, vendors, and partnersproviding clear updates and ensuring timely follow-through.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking to support leadership decision-making, capacity planning, and operational performance.
- Support people operations coordination, including onboarding/offboarding logistics, scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal events or team moments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 5+ years of operations, office management, or project/program management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment in prioritizing work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity
- Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to improve systems and guide execution through challenges
