Operations Manager in Manchester

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of operations at a large, high-profile, leisure-led destination in Manchester city centre. As Operations Manager you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment while supporting ongoing improvements and future development plans. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys making a visible impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring exceptional standards throughout
• Coordinate and manage contractors across security, cleaning, and maintenance, while working closely with external consultants to deliver a high-quality service
• Building strong relationships with a wide range of tenants, stakeholders, and partners
• Work collaboratively with architects, design & build teams, and external consultants to deliver fit-outs and ongoing development on a live site

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in operations, facilities, or property management
• A confident leader with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering results
