As an Operations Manager you'll provide overall leadership for the Provide overall leadership for the Field Managers, Project Managers, Testers including EH&S. ​Manage above teams in efficient and safe resource allocation, Mod Execution and deliver Customer Experience.



Daily responsibilities:

Engage, coach and mentor the team of managers. Connecting with them to ensure that KPI's are achieved and to understand frustrations, problems and issues coming through from the field.

Mentor field managers managers around customer escalations and how best to engage with a team a field based mechanics/engineers.



*



Be the face of the business, able to communicate professionally with customers, putting them at the heart of what we do.

Support with P&L management, able to direct your team to ensure maximum revenue .
