They’re now looking for an Operations Manager who’s prepared to get under the skin of the business - learning each role, understanding how things tick, and ensuring the operation runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Main duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments work smoothly and efficiently.

• Manage stock and inventory processes (currently a manual system using Sage 50).

\n

• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

\n

• Provide support and leadership to a small, dedicated team – fostering a collaborative, motivated culture.

\n

• Work closely with the business owner on strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

\n

• Maintain oversight of supplier relationships, quality control, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

\n

• Monitor key operational metrics and report on performance.

\n

• Support the implementation of systems and processes to prepare for future growth.
