HB NEXT is actively seeking an Operations Manager to support one of our Environmental/Storm Water Compliance teams in the Georgia region. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working outdoors, values flexibility, and is passionate about environmental compliance in the construction industry.

The Operations Manager (OM) plays a crucial role in managing internal processes and overseeing the inspection team. With a strong background in inspections across various projects and clients, the OM ensures that all reporting and inspection platforms/tools are effectively utilized. This position is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and managing the day-to-day activities of the inspection team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Route Assignments: Oversee and manage the scheduling and assignment of inspection routes.
- PTO Scheduling: Coordinate and manage Paid Time Off (PTO) scheduling for team members.
- Database Management: Utilize database for task management and project tracking.
- Annual Reviews: Conduct annual performance reviews for team members.
- New Platform Training: Facilitate training for new inspection platforms and technologies.
- Preconstruction Meetings: Participate in and contribute to preconstruction meetings.
- KPI Management: Focus on maintaining and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring quality and productivity across the division.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication and Project Management: Strong communication skills and proven project management abilities.
Requirements
- or Georgia Erosion Certifications (Blue, Red and Green/WECS Cards)
- Prior construction or field inspection experience
- Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
