Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational processes of the centers, maximizing efficiency while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of healthcare office operations, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the business
• Create operational goals and objectives
• Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency
• Oversee operations and inventory control
• Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Set and monitor key performance indicators

Qualifications

• Bachelors or associates degree in healthcare or a related field
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager in a health care setting is
• Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management in an outpatient healthcare setting
• Ability to review and address medical charts and basic understanding of healthcare clinical and billing issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Understanding of Electronic Medical Records
