Operations Manager – Softwash Technologies Jensen Beach, FL | Full-Time | $55,000–$70,000/year

Softwash Technologies is a fast-growing e-commerce retailer and wholesale distributor of pressure washing, soft washing, and exterior cleaning equipment and chemicals. We're looking for an Operations Manager to help keep the business running smoothly — and growing.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day shop operations including order fulfillment, packing, and shipping
• Coordinate with the e-commerce and fulfillment team to make sure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and product receiving from vendors
• Handle customer support calls and escalations, providing knowledgeable product guidance
• Assist with vendor communication and purchase order coordination
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Support administrative tasks including basic reporting, documentation, and process improvements
• Work cross-functionally with the owner on product launches, procurement decisions, and operational systems

What We're Looking For

• Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving business
• Strong communicator — with customers, vendors, and teammates alike
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through and high in concientiousness
• Interest in e-commerce, product business, or entrepreneurship is a plus
• Prior experience in operations required

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Pay: $55,000–$70,000/year (based on experience)
