Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a strong background in logistics, technology systems, and team leadership to ensure efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Warehouse Operations

• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for efficiency and scalability

Logistics Management

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors
• Monitor transportation performance and resolve delivery issues
• Implement cost-effective logistics strategies

Technology & Systems

• Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and automation tools
• Drive adoption of new technologies to improve productivity and accuracy
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and supervisors
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Inventory Control

• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation
• Minimize shrinkage and maintain high inventory integrity

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular safety training and audits

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management within an ecommerce environment
• Strong background in logistics and supply chain operations
• Experience working with (WMS) warehouse technology system
• Demonstrated ability as a people leader, managing and developing teams
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Experience scaling warehouse operations in a high-growth company
• Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience
