I'm working with a fantastic and fast-growing manufacturing business near to Immingham North Lincolnshire that's looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to take the reins and help drive their continued growth.
What we're looking for:
You'll be a proven leader in the Food / chemical of FMCG Manufacturing industry, ideally operating at a Production or Operations Manager level. You'll have a solid track record of building, developing, small high-performing teams - and you'll know how to get the best out of people while maintaining high standards.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit still - the business is scaling, and they're looking for an Operations Manager who wants to grow with it, shape its future, and have a genuine input in its success.

People Leadership
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
* Be a leader for the operational staff
* Develop and train production staff; manage shift patterns, holidays, absence, and disciplinary matters.
Operational Performance
* Monitor production process to ensure optimum throughput and quality
* Supervise operation and be point of escalation to ensure all tasks are being conducted
* Ensure that the achievement of safety is always a priority, for the people and site,
* Review and approval of production and warehouse documentation
* Performance management all operational staff
* Leadership and Ownership of the shift Production teams
* Manage production costs and ensure legislative compliance.
* Working knowledge of GMP, quality assurance, and health & safety systems.
* Proven leadership, team building, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in low volume, high value production environments (SME).
* Be technically minded and able to understand processes including an ATE environment.
* Mechanical awareness of conveyor / pumps / boilers etc
