Position Summary

As Operations Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of our firm—ensuring seamless, efficient execution of all processes from candidate onboarding to client fulfillment. You’ll lead cross-functional coordination, implement scalable systems, and support our recruiters, clients, and candidates with world-class service and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Process Management

  • Own and optimize end-to-end operational workflows—from candidate intake to assignment completion.

  • Manage credentialing, licensing, compliance, and document tracking for all placements.

  • Oversee scheduling, payroll coordination, contract management, and onboarding documentation.

Project & Performance Oversight

  • Implement and track KPIs for fill rates, onboarding time, credential compliance, and client satisfaction.

  • Identify and fix bottlenecks in recruitment, placement, or credentialing processes.

  • Partner with leadership on continuous improvement and expansion plans.

Team & Client Support

  • Act as a liaison between recruiters, clients, and healthcare professionals to ensure assignments launch on time and without issue.

  • Provide operational support for new client onboarding and contract launches.

  • Resolve day-to-day issues related to scheduling, compliance, travel, housing, or client needs.

Technology & Tools

  • Manage and improve usage of ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Avionté, or similar).

  • Maintain and improve digital processes around candidate credentialing, timekeeping, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, recruiting, or account management—preferably in healthcare staffing or talent solutions.

  • Deep knowledge of credentialing, licensing, or regulatory processes for nurses and clinical roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and efficiency.

  • Tech-savvy; fluent in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and project tools.

  • Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments.

  • Based in Hawaii or familiar with Hawaii’s unique healthcare culture and market a plus.
