Experience Manager – Haunted Attraction
Location: Omaha, NE
Job Type: Seasonal (September–November) | Part-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Are you passionate about horror, Halloween, and delivering unforgettable thrills? Do you have a flair for theatrical production, staff management, and guest satisfaction? Join our team as the Experience Manager for Dungeon of the Damned, a locally loved haunted attraction that brings scares and screams to life every fall!

About the Role:

As our Experience Manager, you’ll oversee the entire guest journey—from queue lines to final fright. You'll be the conductor of the chaos, responsible for ensuring every visitor gets an immersive, terrifying, and safe experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations during the haunted house season
• Hire, train, and manage scare actors and support staff
• Collaborate with creative and technical teams on room setups and scare sequences
• Monitor guest satisfaction and flow; troubleshoot issues in real time
• Maintain safety protocols for staff and guests
• Coordinate rehearsals and staff scheduling
• Act as the lead point of contact during open nights

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in haunted attractions, themed entertainment, or live event management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for immersive storytelling
• Cool under pressure, quick problem-solver
• Available evenings, late nights, and weekends from mid-September through early November (Thursday-Sunday)

Bonus Points:

• Theatrical/stage management background
• Familiarity with lighting, sound, or special FX equipment
• Costume/makeup experience
