Operations Manager / Group Lead for pavement striping & maintenance

We are seeking an Operations Manager / Group Lead For Pavement Striping & Maintenance to play a primary role in our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.  This role is a "Hands On" role initially. You will work with the team to recruit a team lead and develop that lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Provide daily operations oversight via electronic operations reports
• Motivate team to optimize performance and quality

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations in the asphalt, paving and pavement maintenance is highly desired
• Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities

We are based out of San Marcos, Tx and cover the Austin Metropolitan area.
