We are a growing, family owned company looking for an Operations Manager for our Indianapolis office.

Some of the requirements are:

• Must like dogs
• Be organized, efficient, well spoken, communicative, hard working, and focused with attention to detail.
• Familiar with computers and smart phones.
• Be a leader to staff with minimal supervision.
• A customer service oriented attitude to make sure our customers receive the highest level of care
• Ability to manage drivers and warehouse workers
• Be the backup for drivers and warehouse personnel and able to run a route (non-cdl 26' box truck w/lift gate or a sprinter van) to fill in for a driver.
• Able to manage and oversee a fleet of vehicles including maintenance, safety, and training.
