What Youll Need:

• A proven ability to achieve operational excellence, drive culture and execute directives
• Strong collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills

• Strong Leadership skills; can motivate a team and drive success through culture and teamwork
• Must be very structured and process-oriented
• Must have understanding wide format equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe products
• experience with Corebridge CRM
• Must be able to effectively communicate to clients through verbal and written communications
• 2-5 years print industry management experience
• 2+ years leadership experience
