BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Operations Manager from an Electrical background for their client in Middlesbrough, Teesside. This is a new role, joining them in their journey of growth.
This role is office based, you'll work from their head office in Middlesbrough, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of ongoing electrical projects. Focusing on coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining high client satisfaction, and ensuring smooth administrative and operations support across all projects.
Ideally you will have a solid background in the electrical industry, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build productive relationships with clients, engineers and subcontractors.

Opportunity for growth and development Responsibilities/Requirements:
Proven experience in electrical operations or supervisory role
Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Strong understanding of UK electrical regulations and health & safety standards
Practical solutions-based mindset with a hands-on approach
Organised and detail orientated
Solid, confident communication skills and the ability to lead a team
Ensure client expectations are met
Oversee compliance with company procedures, health & safety regulations and quality control measures
Work closely with project engineers, site supervisors and office staff to maintain operational efficiency
