Primary Responsibilities:

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Drive operational excellence and process optimization
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Analyze financial data to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Motivate, train, support and develop management and other team members
• Other duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of Management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Budgeting and forecasting
