The company are proud to have received the Queens Award for Enterprise. The ROLE The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position - As such you will have Key Responsibilities for; * Production & Manufacturing * Planning & Scheduling * Purchasing & Supply Chain * Warehouse * Facilities & Maintenance * Health, Safety & Compliance * Continuous Improvement * Leadership & People Management The CANDIDATE * Proven experience in an Operations Manager/Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager position * Automotive background * Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes. * Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors. * NEBOSH qualification. * Strong leadership and people management skills.
