M&E Operations Manager – South London – £65,000 + Package\n\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Operations Manager to join a leading building services/FM provider on a prestigious large static site in South London.\n\nWe are looking for a technically qualified manager with a strong background in engineering maintenance and proven leadership experience managing teams within critical or commercial environments.\n\nThe Role:\n• Overseeing day-to-day engineering operations on a large static site\n• Managing and leading a team of engineers and supervisors\n• Ensuring compliance, KPI delivery, and high service standards\n• Client liaison and stakeholder management\n• Driving operational performance and continuous improvement\n\nRequirements:\n• Technically qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering\n• Strong leadership and team management experience\n• Experience within commercial building maintenance/FM environments\n• Excellent client-facing and organisational skills\n\nPackage:\n• £65,000 Basic Salary\n• Excellent Package & Benefits\n• South London
