Operations Manager – Re-Cladding & Fire Remediation\n\nA leading Tier 1 property maintenance and fire safety contractor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead its re-cladding and fire remediation projects across major housing and public sector portfolios.\n\nThis senior role will oversee the delivery of large-scale re-cladding programmes, managing multiple project teams and ensuring full compliance with building safety legislation, fire regulations, and client frameworks. You’ll play a key role in driving safe delivery, quality, and programme performance across complex, high-risk projects.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\nLeading re-cladding and fire remediation projects from pre-start through to completion\n\nManaging project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain\n\nEnsuring compliance with building safety regulations, fire safety standards, and funding requirements\n\nDriving programme delivery, cost control, and quality assurance\n\nActing as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders\n\nAbout you:\n\nProven experience managing re-cladding or major fire remediation projects\n\nBackground with Tier 1 contractors or large maintenance/compliance frameworks\n\nStrong knowledge of building safety legislation and fire compliance\n\nConfident leader with strong commercial and stakeholder management skills\n\nPackage:\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nCar allowance\n\nSenior leadership opportunity within a stable, contractor
