Our client, a fast-growing company led by a visionary CEO, is seeking an experiencedOperations Managerto bring structure, accountability, and executional excellence to a dynamic team. This is a high-impact, onsite role based in NYCs Financial District ideal for an operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and team performance with a strongLeadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA)approach
- Translate strategic vision into actionable 90-day plans with measurable outcomes
- Design, implement, and refine core business processes to drive efficiency
- Facilitate and runLevel 10 (L-10)meetings to ensure team alignment and execution
- Build and report onKPIsacross operations and sales; CRM experience (PropertyBase ) is essential
- Identify and implement systems/tools to streamline operations (CRM, dashboards, reporting platforms)
- Ensure data integrity across platforms including CRM and marketing systems
- Act as the communication link between the CEO, sales, and operations teams
- Manage, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance goals
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in operations, business management, or project leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing structure, driving team alignment, and scaling operations
- Familiarity with CRM tools (PropertyBase a plus), project management platforms (Asana, Trello), and reporting systems
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Experience in commercial real estate REQUIRED
