Job Description:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the cleaning team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing client relationships, scheduling, and supporting overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily operations and workflow of cleaning staff

  • Schedule and assign jobs to cleaners and other team members

  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning personnel

  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction on all projects

  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

  • Communicate with clients to address service needs or concerns

  • Coordinate with dump runners and organizers to ensure smooth project execution

  • Track job progress, budgets, and timelines

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficient with scheduling tools and basic computer applications

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
