Your Background:
- Background running or managing a small business.
- Capable of handling HR, payroll, finance, and general operations independently.
Key Responsibilities
- HR: Hiring, terminations, benefits, and compliance oversight.
- Payroll: Run payroll and sales commission reports.
- Finance: Manage bill payments, accounts payable/receivable, and supplier payments.
- Sales & Database Management:
- Maintain customer database with sales and renewals tracking.
- Support telemarketing/sales teams and verify commissions.
- Evaluate pricing and contract deals with energy suppliers.
- Systems & Reporting:
- Oversee payroll and sales tracking systems.
- Generate management reports for performance and payments.
Role Overview
- In Office
- Hours: Part-time possible (approx. 9 AM–3 PM; under 40 hours/week) — Great for those looking to balance work and family or other commitments
- Schedule: Flexible start and end times within daytime hours.
Compensation:
- Base: $60,000 - 70,000 (based on experience)
- Bonus: 5% of profits (OTE based on company performance)
