Your Background:

• Background running or managing a small business.
• Capable of handling HR, payroll, finance, and general operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• HR: Hiring, terminations, benefits, and compliance oversight.
• Payroll: Run payroll and sales commission reports.
• Finance: Manage bill payments, accounts payable/receivable, and supplier payments.
• Sales & Database Management:
• Maintain customer database with sales and renewals tracking.
• Support telemarketing/sales teams and verify commissions.
• Evaluate pricing and contract deals with energy suppliers.
• Systems & Reporting:
• Oversee payroll and sales tracking systems.
• Generate management reports for performance and payments.

Role Overview

• In Office
• Hours: Part-time possible (approx. 9 AM–3 PM; under 40 hours/week) — Great for those looking to balance work and family or other commitments
• Schedule: Flexible start and end times within daytime hours.

Compensation:

• Base: $60,000 - 70,000 (based on experience)
• Bonus: 5% of profits (OTE based on company performance)
