Position Summary:
IronWatch Security is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and key points of contact. This role involves managing scheduling, handling customer concerns, and providing coverage when necessary to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Callouts: Respond promptly to staffing callouts and ensure coverage for all posts.
- Address Customers' Concerns: Act as the primary point of contact for client issues, resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
- Handle Customer Communications: Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
- Scheduling:
- Create and maintain schedule templates.
- Manage last-minute callouts and scheduling issues up to two weeks in advance.
- Coverage Support: Work posts as needed when coverage cannot be secured.
- Client & Officer Engagement:
- Engage with the onsite property manager and POCs
- Engage and perform officer visits 2 times per week to ensure compliance and satisfaction with scope of work
- Post Orders & ERP Management: Organize and maintain post orders and emergency response plans, tailoring them to client needs and organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in account management or operations (security industry ).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office products.
- Valid drivers license with clean record and reliable transportation.
