Pay: $60,000-$80,000 per year
Benefits:
- $60,000-$80,000 a year with a quarterly bonus based upon performance
- 2 weeks PTO

Key Responsibilities:
- Crew Management: Supervise and lead landscape crews, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of landscaping projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, especially when using equipment or handling hazardous materials, and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Client Communication: Maintain positive relationships with clients, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, stored, and used safely.
- Materials Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, and monitor costs.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality meets company and client standards.
- Financial Management: May be involved in budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting on project financials.
- Sales and Business Development: Some roles may involve client communication, lead , and sales support.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Florida landscaping techniques, horticulture, irrigation systems, and equipment operation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Safety Awareness: Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is often , but not always required .
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record .
- Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of experience in landscape maintenance and management.
