What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Manage communications and scheduling via Outlook
• Work with data and documentation using Excel and Word
• Assist with coordination of projects and internal processes
• Collaborate with team members across departments US, CAN and PL

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Fluency in English and Polish (required)
• Basic trade or technical knowledge is a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset
