As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to serve as a key strategic partner to our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing operational performance, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving organizational efficiency across all aspects of our residential construction operations.

The Role

The Operations Manager will provide oversight and direction across all active projects, ensuring consistency in execution, alignment with company standards, and delivery of best-in-class client experiences. You will collaborate closely with ownership, project managers, superintendents, and administrative teams to implement systems that support efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Operations Manager will:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to ownership in setting and executing company goals.
  • Lead and manage the operational rhythm of the business, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Establish and refine construction management systems, processes, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure seamless communication between project teams, trades, clients, and leadership.
  • Oversee talent development, mentoring, and accountability within the construction team.
  • Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency, balancing budgets, schedules, and client expectations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical construction knowledge, leadership presence, and business acumen.

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in residential construction management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple custom home projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of implementing systems and processes that drive efficiency.
  • Strong financial and business management skills, with experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Skilled communicator who can align teams, resolve conflict, and lead with transparency.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent within a growing organization.
