Description: Acts as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Oversees contractor execution of the task order requirements. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary interface and POC with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues; oversee contractor execution of task order requirements; manage acquisition/employment of program/project resources.
• Establish organizational lines of authority/responsibility; maintain continuity between onsite support operations and corporate offices.
• Manage subcontractors and teaming partners; integrate performance; control work distribution to avoid OCIs; notify CO of potential/actual OCI and submit mitigation plans.
• Staff continuity and responsiveness: proactively maintain assigned tasks and ensure professional client interaction and timely day‑to‑day outputs.
• Ensure monthly publication of org charts/recall rosters/phone lists and synchronization with Business Operations.
• Maintain business relations standards: timeliness, completeness, quality of deliverables; corrective actions; proposals; identification of issues; ethical conduct

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 10 years performing duties described in the functional description.
• Must be a United States .
