Your Role: Operations Manager

Job Summary
As our Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our Center operations. Your role will encompass everything from ensuring our clients receive exceptional care to supporting our dedicated staff and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be instrumental in delivering top-tier therapy services to our children and families.

ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Tasks

• Assist the Regional Operations Manager in building relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Collaborate on local marketing strategies and represent the center at community events.
• Manage client and staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operations.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to maintain a welcoming and well-groomed center.
• Oversee the center's budget, balancing quality service with mindful spending.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulations and quality standards.

Staff Support

• Facilitate training to empower team members in their roles.
• Organize team events to boost morale and create a positive work environment.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching through regular check-ins with staff.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Stay updated on regulations and accreditation standards relevant to autism therapy centers.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary regulations and maintain licenses and certifications.
• Conduct regular audits to uphold our high-quality standards.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff.

Communication and Collaboration

• Encourage effective communication among our therapy team, families, and stakeholders.
• Lead team meetings with the Center Director to share updates and align on goals.
• Collaborate with the Center Director to align operational strategies with our center's objectives.
• Represent our center at internal and external meetings, promoting our services and building strong relationships.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare administration) is .
• 2 years of managerial experience in an ABA therapy center or similar healthcare setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department within the organization’s facilities.
