TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a client in Walker, LA, offering $80K–$90K annually. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, drive efficiency, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse teams to meet production and fulfillment goals efficiently.
• Monitor productivity, enforce safety and quality standards, and develop strategies to reduce loss and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all warehouse procedures, storage requirements, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement process improvements and operational strategies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility in accordance with company and legal standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree .
• 5+ years of operations management experience overseeing warehouse or industrial teams.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, PVF, or industrial distribution .
• Strong proficiency in ERP inventory systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
