As Operations Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day warehouse operations, inspiring a motivated team to hit targets and deliver excellence. You’ll have the autonomy to make real change — improving efficiency, implementing best practice, and shaping a culture of accountability and success.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a warehouse and transport operation within a 3PL environment
• Managing team performance, safety, and operational KPIs
• ♻️ Driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring SLA delivery
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your people

What we’re looking for:

• ✅ Proven experience in warehouse or operations management within a 3PL or logistics business
