As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a capable and motivated Operations Manager to take charge of our Gypsum, Colorado hub and help drive operational success.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing delivery operations, managing personnel, and ensuring service quality across the board. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-moving, logistics-driven environment and is eager to implement best practices that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily logistics functions including routing, dispatch, staffing, and fleet coordination
• Supervise, train, and support operations personnel while promoting a high-performance culture
• Monitor delivery KPIs and enforce safety standards and DOT compliance
• Work closely with senior leadership to execute strategic goals and business plans
• Partner with customer service and sales to ensure seamless operational support
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity
• Manage labor planning and scheduling for fluctuating delivery volumes
• Address operational challenges promptly to ensure client satisfaction and continuity

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management, logistics, or a similar supervisory role
• Strong team leadership and employee development capabilities
• Effective at managing deadlines and prioritizing under pressure
• Proficiency in operational software and logistics management tools
• Familiarity with Colorado labor law and DOT guidelines is advantageous
• Must be able to consistently lift and move items weighing up to 100 pounds
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background and drug screening

Schedule
Full-time | Tuesday through Saturday availability with flexibility during peak periods

Pay: $65,441.00 - $74,130.00 per year
