We are seeking a long term Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team!
We are a PHX based manufacturing company that is growing rapidly and we need your help! As a startup, we currently do not have all positions defined. Your role will begin with learning everything about the business and working side by side with the owner. You will get your hands dirty and be required to learn all technical and administrative aspects of the business (running machinery, product fulfillment, trade shows, customer interaction, marketing, and finance)
Once up to speed, you will then define our metrics of success and build a team of A+ employees to manage sales, admin, and marketing. During this phase you will transition your duties to these sub-orgs and maintain an oversight role of the company.
Months 1-2: Onboarding, process improvement, and metrics definition
Months 3-4: Hire sales manager and develop SOPs
Months 5+: Continue expanding team and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
- Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Desire to grow with one company long term
Pay Structure:
Salary based: Initial pay will be based on qualifications. First two months will be a probation period. Pay raise at 3 months based on performance. Max salary will be based on company performance + bonuses.
Health benefits begin at 3 months.
